Can anyone order?
The Accolade Advantage POS portal is for use by independent retailers in the UK, ROI and Channel Islands. You may not use the Accolade Advantage POS portal if you are not an Off Trade independent retailer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you have placed an order by mistake and would like to cancel or alter it, please email us your order information at info@accoladeadvantage.co.uk and we will aim to provide support with this.
Do I have to pay for my order?
No - POS kits are completely free to order from the Accolade Advantage POS portal.
Is there a limitation to how often I can order, and how many can I order at 1 time?
Each independent retailer may order no more than 1x of each brand POS kit per month.
Where do you ship?
We ship Accolade Advantage POS kit orders to anywhere in the UK, Republic of Ireland, and Channel Islands.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow 30 days for delivery. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us at info@accoladeadvantage.co.uk and we will aim to support you with this.
Must I pay for delivery?
All Accolade Advantage POS kits are delivered free of charge.
Can I track my Order?
At this stage, we are unable to offer tracking details on POS kit orders, however if you require an update on the status of your order, please contact us at info@accoladeadvantage.co.uk
